Licensed Practical Nurse (Full-Time) - Medical Nursing

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides resident care under the Resident Services Director, assisting with the implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services. Responsibilities include supervising Resident Services Department associates, assisting with the medication program, supporting resident assessments and service plans, participating in hiring and performance management, training and orienting new staff, scheduling Resident Services Assistants, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, following emergency procedures, and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, peers, and staff. Must be licensed LPN and CPR/first aid certified; two years of full-time (or equivalent) clinical experience; experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred; flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
