Job Summary
Under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, perform as a licensed caregiver assuming responsibility and accountability for assigned residents or patients throughout the shift. Coordinate, implement, and evaluate the resident's plan of care while adhering to state standards and center policies to maintain safety. Supervise nursing assistant performance and manage the care environment. Calculate drug dosages, utilize necessary equipment such as feeding pumps and medication carts, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Maintain current CPR certification and meet all legal health requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the State as an LPN
- Must have and maintain current CPR certification
- Meets all health requirements imposed by law
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Demonstrates basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications
