Licensed Practical Nurse - FT NIGHTS

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to Residents as part of the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include administering medications as ordered, documenting accurately and timely, supervising Certified Nursing Assistants, upholding Residents’ Rights and confidentiality, adhering to safety and policy procedures, and participating in departmental meetings. The role requires consistent patient-centered care, ability to communicate with Residents by preferred name, willingness to work beyond normal hours, and maintaining current clinical status through continuing education. Must hold an unencumbered LPN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact state; location is Erwin, TN on a full-time night schedule.
