Job Summary
Prepare patients for imaging studies including X-ray, MRI, CT, and Ultrasound at our outpatient center in Charlottesville, VA. Provide IV therapy under RN direction, manage medical emergencies and contrast reactions, and maintain accurate patient documentation. Work independently while multitasking under the supervision of licensed independent practitioners. Full-time 30-hour dayshift schedule with weekend rotation options available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year as an LPN in a clinical setting
- Must be a graduate of an approved LPN program
- Must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice
- BLS certification
- Ability to work independently and multitask under the direction of an RN or licensed independent practitioner
- Ability to manage medical emergencies and/or contrast reactions under the direction of a licensed independent practitioner
- Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely
