Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse responsible for coordinating total nursing care for patients, utilizing nursing standards and processes. Engage in patient and family education while providing leadership and collaborating with health care providers. Requires a current State Nursing License and completion of an accredited School of Nursing.

Additional Requirements
- Per Diem employees are not permitted to work in excess of 1,820 hours per calendar year
- PD applicants requesting to work more than 24 hours per week must fulfill one weekend per month or two weekend shifts per month
- Traditional PD schedule must commit to a minimum of 4 hours per week
