Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide medication administration and treatments, assist physicians with procedures, monitor and report vital signs and patient condition, and perform other duties as required in a long-term care setting. Requires Alabama LPN license, CPR certification, and nursing school graduate. Per diem PRN shifts with 7a-7p and 7p-7a coverage; shift differential of $3.75 for overnight hours. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid LPN license in the state of Alabama
- CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or related setting a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
