Job Summary
Provides high quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Collaborates with nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary staff; participates in patient data collection and admission processes; contributes to determining outcomes and implementing plans of care; documents changes in patient conditions; supports continued education and professional development; maintains required licensure and CPR certification. LPN licensed in PA with potential PA IV therapy requirements and ability to work in Sayre, PA on a full-time basis; includes a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- LPN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- If working in PA, completion of the IV therapy curriculum requirements per Pennsylvania Code, Section 21.203; if not completed at hire, must complete a Board-approved LPN IV Therapy Education Program prior to independently practicing IV therapy
