Licensed Practical Nurse - Flex

Provide nursing care to persons served under the direction of a Registered Nurse, reviewing and transcribing physician orders, obtaining health histories, and conducting physical assessments including vital signs and abuse screenings. Administer medications and treatments while monitoring efficacy and side effects, and perform on-site visits to ensure the health, safety, and quality of care for individuals. Maintain clinical records, review laboratory results, and educate staff on medication therapies and infection control protocols. Report suspected abuse, participate in crisis management, and assist with inspections or investigations as required.
