Job Summary
Direct patients to exam rooms, prepare them for procedures, and record vital signs, medication lists, and allergy histories. Administer prescribed injections, set up sterile fields, and prepare surgical trays for office and operating room procedures. Assist surgeons with operative procedures, route patients for ancillary testing, and perform dressing changes and suture removal. Maintain infection control measures, including autoclave sterilization and proper cleaning of surgical equipment. Manage clerical functions such as answering phones, faxing insurance referrals, and training on computer programs. This full-time role offers a salary range of $22.24 - $34.70/hour and includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold a valid state LPN license with one year of healthcare experience preferred.
