Job Summary
Provide resident-centered nursing care as an LPN in the evening shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) at a non-profit skilled nursing facility. Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitor and communicate changes in condition, support and guide Nursing Assistants, and collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes. Requires Minnesota LPN license and availability for full-time or part-time schedules with every other weekend and holiday rotation.
