Job Summary
Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident conditions while documenting findings in electronic medical records and notifying providers or RNs as needed. Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs, administer medications accurately, and supervise care associates. Lead relationships with residents and families while participating in clinical review meetings regarding outcomes and safety indicators. Respond to inquiries from residents, families, or responsible parties in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned by the RN clinical leader. This part-time weeknight shift role offers a 32-hour week with night differential pay, comprehensive benefits including 401k matching, and access to onsite wellness resources within our continuing care retirement community.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
