Job Summary
Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident conditions, documenting findings in electronic medical records and notifying providers or RNs as needed. Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs, administer medications accurately, and supervise care associates. Lead care associates, participate in meetings regarding resident outcomes, and respond promptly to residents, families, or responsible parties. Review clinical indicators such as falls, wounds, and nutrition. Maintain CPR certification and hold a state license as an LPN/LVN with at least one year of experience in assisted living or long-term care. Work part-time 32 hours weekly on night shifts from 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with a $2 shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
