Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living protocols. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident clinical conditions, documenting findings in the electronic medical record and notifying providers or RNs as necessary. Update or modify care plans to reflect changes in resident needs, administer medications accurately, and supervise care associates. Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and review clinical indicators such as falls, wounds, and nutrition. Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties in a timely, professional manner. Maintain CPR certification and hold a valid state license. Located in Peabody, Massachusetts, with commensurate pay ranging from $36 to $42 per hour plus shift differentials.
