Job Summary
Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living protocols. Assess, observe, and evaluate clinical conditions while documenting findings in electronic medical records and notifying providers or RNs as needed. Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs, administer medications accurately, and lead care associates. Participate in meetings regarding resident outcomes and clinical indicator reviews such as falls and nutrition. Respond to residents, families, and responsible parties in a timely manner. Maintain CPR certification and hold a valid state LPN license. Required Qualifications
- Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
Desired Qualifications
