Job Summary
Provide clinical care to residents in the neighborhood according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living policies. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident clinical conditions, document findings in the electronic medical record, and notify providers or RNs as necessary. Update or modify care plans to reflect changes in resident needs, administer medications accurately, and supervise care associates. Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and clinical indicator reviews such as falls and nutrition. Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties in a timely manner. Maintain CPR certification and hold a current state license. Minimum of one year experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
