Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide clinical care to residents in the neighborhood according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident clinical conditions, document findings in the electronic medical record, and notify providers or registered nurses when necessary. Update or modify care plans to reflect changes in resident needs, administer medications timely and accurately, and supervise care associates. Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes, respond to residents and families professionally, and review clinical indicators such as falls, wounds, and nutrition. Maintain CPR certification and hold a state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
