Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living protocols. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident conditions while documenting findings in electronic medical records and notifying providers as needed. Update care plans to reflect changing service needs, administer medications accurately, and supervise care associates. Lead meetings related to resident outcomes and respond to families or responsible parties professionally. Participate in clinical indicator reviews for falls, wounds, nutrition, and antipsychotic use. Maintain CPR certification and hold a state license as an LPN/LVN. Minimum of one year in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
