Job Summary
Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident conditions while documenting findings in electronic medical records and notifying providers as needed. Update care plans, administer medications accurately, and supervise care associates. Lead participation in clinical meetings and indicator reviews regarding falls, wounds, and nutrition. Respond promptly to residents and families while maintaining professional relationships. Maintain CPR certification and hold a state LPN license with at least one year of preferred experience in long-term care. Work part-time night shifts (11p-7:30a) at Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living in Tinton Falls, earning $36+ plus a $2 shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
- A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate
