Job Summary
Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident conditions, document findings in electronic medical records, and notify providers or RNs as necessary. Administer medications timely and accurately, update care plans to reflect changing needs, and supervise care associates. Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and clinical indicator reviews covering falls, wounds, and nutrition. Respond to residents and families in a timely, professional manner while developing consistent caregiver relationships. This part-time 32-hour week night shift (11p-7:30a) offers $36+ base plus $2 shift differential, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k match, and education reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
