Job Summary
Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living protocols. Assess, observe, and evaluate clinical conditions, documenting findings in the electronic medical record and notifying providers or RNs as needed. Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs, administer medications accurately, and supervise care associates. Lead resident and family interactions while participating in clinical indicator reviews for falls, wounds, nutrition, and antipsychotic use. Respond to residents and responsible parties professionally and timely. Maintain CPR certification and hold a state license as an LPN/LVN. Work in a 90-acre continuing care retirement community in Peabody, Massachusetts, offering education assistance and wellness resources.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
