Job Summary
Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living protocols. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident conditions, document findings in the electronic medical record, and notify providers or RNs as necessary. Administer medications timely and accurately, update care plans to reflect changing needs, and supervise care associates. Lead meetings related to resident outcomes and respond to residents, families, or responsible parties professionally. Participate in clinical indicator reviews covering falls, wounds, nutrition, and antipsychotic use. Maintain CPR certification and hold a state license as an LPN/LVN with at least one year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care. Work part-time 32 hours weekly on night shifts from 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with a $2 hourly shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
