Job Summary
Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living protocols. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident clinical conditions, documenting findings in electronic medical records and notifying providers or RNs as necessary. Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs, administer medications accurately, and supervise care associates. Lead care associates, participate in clinical indicator reviews, and respond to residents and families professionally. Requires a state-licensed LPN/LVN with CPR certification and at least one year of experience in assisted living or long-term care. Night shift differential applies for evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
- A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate
