Job Summary
Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living policies. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident clinical conditions, document findings in the electronic medical record, and notify providers or RNs when necessary. Administer medications accurately and update care plans to reflect changing needs. Supervise care associates and participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and clinical indicator reviews. Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner. This part-time week night shift (11p–7:30a) includes a $2 shift differential. The role supports physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs within a continuing care retirement community in Tinton Falls.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
- A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate
