Job Summary
Provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living protocols. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident conditions, documenting findings in electronic medical records and notifying providers as needed. Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs and administer medications timely and accurately. Supervise care associates and participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and clinical indicator reviews. Respond to residents, families, and responsible parties in a timely manner. This role requires a licensed LPN/LVN with at least one year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care. CPR certification is mandatory.

- Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
- A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate
