Licensed Practical Nurse - ENT

Provide nursing care to patients and significant others via direct and/or telephone contact while administering medication and educating patients or guardians on usage. Coordinate with care team members to ensure seamless delivery and obtain prior authorizations for medications and tests. Assist providers with clinical procedures, participate in patient teaching, and direct clerical assistants and medical assistants. Maintain inventory logs for refrigerators, room temperature, oxygen, and vaccines. Work 37.5 hours per week across Lake Success, Smithtown, and Bethpage, NY, with up to two Saturdays monthly.
