Job Summary
Assess patient status and implement clinical nursing interventions for major and minor illnesses, including cardiac, stroke, behavioral health, orthopedic injuries, and minor trauma in the Emergency Department's rapid care area. Develop and execute individualized nursing care plans under supervision while utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to modify symptoms and ensure resident needs are met. Provide daily unit operations support and assist in orienting nursing personnel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
- Less than 1 year of experience
- License for Practical Nursing
