Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Emergency Department/Ambulatory setting for Sentara Port Warwick in Newport News, VA. Provides direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or LIP, conducts testing, administers medications, implements nursing interventions and care plans, and advocates for patients. Works on swing shift (evenings), with a 36-hour work week. Requires an LPN license in VA and BLS certification within 90 days of hire. Sign-on bonus of $8K and relocation assistance available. Education: graduate of a trade school program leading to LPN licensure. Required Qualifications
