Job Summary
Conduct open visits for new clients and perform supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. Prepare accurate documentation according to agency standards and administer pre-employment skills and written tests for aide candidates. Assist in carrying out personalized care plans as directed while fostering cooperative relationships within the healthcare team. This per-visit role offers supplemental income with no guaranteed hours, starting with minimal initial work as the client base builds from zero. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.655 per mile, and company-provided equipment includes an iPad with a data plan.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing
- Current Ohio LPN license in good standing
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Successful completion of criminal background check, skills test, and written nursing test
- Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred
