Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse responsible for providing general nursing care to patients under the direction of an RN and in accordance with physician orders and established standards. Role includes administering medications and treatments, developing and contributing to individualized care plans, documenting care, and ensuring safety and infection-prevention standards in an inpatient hospital/rehabilitation setting. Schedule is 3x12 hour shifts (7am-7pm) with every-other-weekend requirement. Minimum two years’ inpatient hospital experience required; active LPN license and BLS certification required. Required Qualifications
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current BLS certification
- Two years’ experience in inpatient hospital setting; inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
