Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on Day Shift delivering compassionate nursing care to residents, monitoring and reporting changes in conditions, leading CNAs, delivering direct physical and emotional care, developing and communicating care plans, administering medications, and educating residents and families on health maintenance and preventive care while coordinating with the RN Supervisor to ensure quality care.
