Licensed Practical Nurse - Day Shift

Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medication and IV fluids, and inspect for injuries or bedsores to deliver appropriate treatments. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This full-time, part-time, or PRN role is available at Interim Healthcare, offering competitive pay, daily pay options, and flexible scheduling with no overtime required. Candidates must hold a current unrestricted LPN license, at least 1200 hours of experience, and reliable transportation. Practical trach or ventilator experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as a LPN/LVN in the state(s) in which candidate completed at least 1200 hours of experience as an LPN/LVN
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
