Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for in-home pediatric care. Provide direct patient care per the provider’s plan of care within a home-health setting, including monitoring and documenting vitals, administering medications (including insulin and IV fluids), wound care and dressing changes, and assisting with personal hygiene. Collaborate with providers, aides, and other health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Must hold, or be eligible for, an LPN/LVN license in the relevant state(s) and have completed an approved practical nursing program with at least 1200 hours of experience. Reliable transportation to care sites is required. Flexible scheduling available (Full-time, Part-time, PRN). Equal opportunity employer. #Morgantown1
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as an LPN/LVN in the state(s) of practice
- 1200 hours of experience as an LPN/LVN (in-state)
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
