Job Summary
Deliver compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an intimate outpatient setting, building long-term relationships with patients and families. Work with your head, heart, and hands in a fast-paced environment, managing unique treatment plans for patients with multiple co-morbidities. Float to various facilities during and after training, utilizing a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. Maintain a flexible schedule covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- IV certification if required by state regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
- Functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire
- Flexible schedule and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to improving patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives
- Pre-employment substance abuse testing and background verification checks
Desired Qualifications
- BONENT or CHT certification
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting
