Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) sought for outpatient dialysis center at Daytona Beach. Float to multiple facilities during and after training. Must have flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Provide empathetic, patient-centered care to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Training provided; no dialysis experience required. Certifications: LPN license in-state, CPR; IV certification as required by state; BONENT or CHT preferred. Strong computer skills (MS Word, Outlook) and CMS guideline familiarity. Local travel within designated sites may occur; open to a broad set of nursing responsibilities within nephrology and dialysis care. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
- Current CPR certification required
- IV certification required if required by state regulations
- BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
- DaVita clinical standards adherence and CMS compliance awareness
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in company computer systems within 90 days of hire
