Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants and CMAs, in accordance with Nurse Practice Acts and applicable standards. This role requires an LPN with current state licensure and a nursing degree or approved LPN/RN program, along with at least two years of LPN/RN experience and compliance with state licensure requirements. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse with current state license
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/RN program.
- Two years of experience as an LPN/RN.
- Must also meet state requirements for relevant licensures or certifications and have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.
