Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee daily healthcare operations within the Meriwether County Jail, providing direct patient care, nursing assessments, and administering medications as prescribed. Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with policies and standards while collaborating with providers, correctional staff, and Southern Health Partners leadership to ensure continuity of care. Monitor quality initiatives to support a safe, efficient healthcare environment and participate in on-call responsibilities as needed. This role focuses on coordinating care and ensuring quality services rather than supervising employees, offering a consistent weekday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a sign-on and retention bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Experience in a leadership role
- Ability to enjoy organization, autonomy, and collaboration
