Coordinate and oversee daily healthcare operations within the Meriwether County Jail facility, providing direct patient care and nursing assessments while administering medications as prescribed. Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with policies and standards, then collaborate with providers, correctional staff, and Southern Health Partners leadership to ensure continuity of care. Monitor quality initiatives to support a safe, efficient healthcare environment, including participation in on-call responsibilities as needed. This role focuses on coordinating care rather than supervising employees, offering a consistent weekday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
