Job Summary
Monitor vital signs, assist with wound care and personal care, educate patients and families, maintain medical records, and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Provide emotional support and companionship while building genuine connections with patients in the Clarion area. Manage your own schedule to prioritize tasks and make independent decisions regarding patient care. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
- Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
- Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
