Job Summary
Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses; participate in medication distribution/MARs, team conferences, and health teaching; administer and record medications; communicate with RN regarding patients’ physical and mental conditions; schedule and track medical and therapy appointments and maintain electronic records; maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety and policy requirements; work as part of a team to support individuals served; CPR certification kept current; assist with safety training and quality management practices; position is full-time with potential over 40 hours/week, located in Memphis, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Current Tennessee Nursing license

- proof of degree/diploma
- two years of LPN work experience
- Must meet state and local requirements regarding criminal background check, sexual offender check, abuse registry, drug screening and felony offender listing
- Must meet all training requirements and keep training current.
