Licensed Practical Nurse

Administer and record vaccines, document verbal conversations and information into patient records accurately and timely, and maintain patient flow. Prepare patients for visits, obtain specimens, and perform clinical office procedures such as PFTs, EKGs, and medication administration as directed by the provider. Process prescriptions, enter orders into the lab system, and discuss test results per provider instructions. Maintain strict confidentiality and utilize strong EMR skills while adhering to infection control and patient safety protocols. This 40-hour week runs 8:00am to 4:30pm for a full-time role at Albany Family Medicine, eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus.
