Licensed Practical Nurse

Administer vaccines, obtain urine and blood specimens, and perform clinical office procedures including PFTs, EKGs, and nebulizer treatments as directed by the provider. Document verbal conversations and enter information into patient records accurately, legibly, and timely while maintaining patient flow. Process prescriptions, enter orders into the lab system, and discuss test results with patients per provider instructions. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to infection control and environmental safety policies. This full-time role involves an 8:00am to 4:30pm schedule with a 40-hour week. Candidates must hold a valid NYS LPN license with prior experience in a medical practice or as a Medical Assistant, alongside strong EMR skills and knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols.
