Licensed Practical Nurse

Administer vaccines, obtain specimens, and perform clinical office procedures such as PFTs, EKGs, and medication administration under provider direction. Document verbal conversations and patient information accurately into the EMR while maintaining timely patient flow. Process prescriptions, enter lab orders, and discuss test results with patients per provider instructions. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to infection control and patient confidentiality policies. This role requires a valid NYS LPN license, prior experience as an LPN, Medical Assistant, or Patient Care Tech, and strong computer skills. The position offers a 40-hour week from 8:00am to 4:30pm with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $26.00 to $33.00, plus eligibility for a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus.
