Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for full-time role with Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta. Provide compassionate nursing care including vital signs, medication administration, clinical documentation, care coordination, and patient education. Support providers during primary care and wellness visits to ensure a dignified, welcoming experience for all patients. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or current LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Ability to provide nursing care including vital signs, medication administration, clinical documentation, care coordination, and patient education
- Experience supporting providers in primary care and wellness visits (preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care
- Commitment to health equity and serving underserved communities in a faith-inspired, team-based environment
