Job Summary
Concordia Home Health and Hospice of Bethlen is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with wound care, educating families, and maintaining medical records. The position allows for flexible scheduling typically from Monday to Friday, with some required weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have graduated from an approved nursing program, possess a current PA license, and have reliable transportation for home visits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
- Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
