Job Summary
Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care to patients and families in a home health setting. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with wound care, educating patients and families, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has completed a state-approved nursing program and holds a current Pennsylvania nursing license. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
- Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits
