Job Summary
Deliver care to patients in a clinic setting using the nursing process and collaborate with other professionals to achieve desired patient outcomes. Provide physical and psychological support while interacting with patients, families, and visitors, maintaining professional nursing standards. Requires graduation from a school of nursing with an active LPN or RN license in Arkansas, current BLS, TB test, and successful completion of WRMC Medication/Dosage Calculations Exam and IV Therapy Exam, along with maintaining unit-specific competencies and education as part of White River Health System's standards of behaviors.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a school of nursing with current LPN or RN license by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Current BLS Certification
- Current TB test
- Must pass WRMC Medication/Dosage Calculations Exam and IV Therapy Exam
- Maintains annual unit specific competencies and education fair
- Adheres to White River Health System's Standard of Behaviors
