Job Summary
Provides care to patients in a Clinic Surgery setting under supervision, administering medications, performing laboratory tests and therapeutic services, and educating patients and families about treatment plans and self-care post-discharge. Documents provider encounters, transcribes orders and results, maintains patient charts, and ensures timely data for clinical decisions. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and LPN licensure with BLS; day-shift, full-time schedule in Bridgeton MO and other listed states; several typical nursing responsibilities and safety obligations are outlined in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in applicable states (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin)
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - AHA
- State licensure/compact state eligibility
- No experience required (as per description)
- Ability to perform nursing duties in a clinic surgery setting
