Licensed Practical Nurse - Clinic

Assess patients and ensure their well-being under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. Administer medications, observe for adverse reactions, and perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services. Educate patients and families on disease treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up care. Document provider encounters, transcribe orders and results, and continuously verify data availability for treatment decisions. Maintain constant alertness and safety while performing other duties as assigned. Requires Illinois LPN licensure and BLS certification. Schedule is Monday through Friday day shift with no weekends or holidays.
