Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an outpatient clinic setting under government contract. Deliver direct patient care following established protocols; triage patients, take vital signs, document medical histories, administer medications and immunizations, assist providers with exams and procedures, monitor patient status, educate patients and families on treatment plans, and support clinic workflow and care coordination. Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with electronic health records, and perform duties across extended hours with weekends/holidays as needed in a mission-essential role supporting military readiness. Onsite clinic setting with no telework.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a State Board-approved LPN/LVN program or equivalent military training
- Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license (any U.S. state/territory accepted)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in outpatient/ambulatory/acute care within last 2 years
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
