Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state scope of practice, administering and overseeing medications and treatments while monitoring resident health status and responding to changes. Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and care partners, supervise and support caregivers, CNAs, and Med Techs as assigned, and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record. Support care planning, service plans, and regulatory compliance while following infection control, safety, and clinical policies. Requires an active LPN license in good standing, graduation from an accredited program, and CPR/First Aid certification.
